All the sausages, burgers & steaks you need for a delicious barbecue or English breakfast fry-up. This box contains 4.5kg or 8.5kg of pre-packed and frozen organic beef. Our traditional Ruby Red herd graze our seaside meadows throughout the year, and are finished on the same herb rich grasses. Slow-grown until they naturally reach maturity at 30-36 months old, this produces meat that is marbled, succulent and healthy. All our beef is hung on the bone for 3 weeks in time honoured fashion to further develop its depth of flavour. Freshly frozen, and direct from Tamarisk Farm, means it’s also excellent value for money.
