Organic Stoneground Wholemeal Wheat Flour – Maris wigeon

Tasty organic wholemeal wheat bread-making flour, milled on our farm with a small stone-mill to keep it cool. This is an excellent all-purpose flour, from nutty breads to light cakes, it adds another dimension of flavour to any dish. Available online 1.5kg       £3.57 5kg          £10.71 15kg        £24.99 25kg*      £35.70   This flour is a more specialist product, and has a lower gluten content than commercial wheat flour. This means that it does require more thought when using to bake if you want to create a light loaf.
